Drafted is a free game made for fun. These terms are deliberately short and plain — no small print traps.

A free game, as-is

Drafted is provided free of charge, for personal entertainment, on an “as-is” basis. It runs entirely in your browser. While every effort is made to keep it working and enjoyable, there is no guarantee that it will be available, bug-free or uninterrupted at any given time.

Fair use

You are welcome to play as much as you like and to share links to the game and its pages. Please don’t attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or misuse the site, and don’t pass the game off as your own work. The game’s design, code and written content belong to the project’s creator.

Names and likenesses

Club names, seasons and player names are referenced purely for identification, as a tribute to football history. Ratings and descriptions are subjective, made for gameplay, and are not statements of fact about any real person or organisation. Drafted is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by UEFA or any club, league or governing body.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Drafted is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the game. If you don’t agree with these terms, the simplest remedy is not to use the site.
