Liverpool Squads
The widest span of any club here — 1983-84 to 2024-25, forty-two seasons from Joe Fagan's treble to the title won under Arne Slot.
The club, season by season
The 1983-84 side won the European Cup, the First Division and the League Cup in one season, with Dalglish, Rush and Souness, and it is the oldest English squad in the draft. Twenty-one years later came Istanbul, a final the team had no business winning and won anyway. Klopp's 2018-19 side took the sixth in Madrid, and the 2024-25 team won the league at the first attempt after him. Four squads, four decades, and the club's whole modern identity between them.
In the draft
A pool of two halves. The two modern squads share six players — Alisson, Van Dijk, Salah, Alexander-Arnold, Robertson and Gomez — so landing on both gives you a ready-made spine at 90-plus. The 1983-84 side shares nobody with anything and drafts completely differently: Rush and Dalglish at 89 and 88 in a squad where the depth drops away fast.
Every Liverpool squad below can turn up when you spin the wheel — the highest-rated of them all is Virgil van Dijk (93), and the best XI these 4 squads could theoretically assemble averages 89.7. You don't get to pick: the wheel decides which squad you draft from, one pick at a time. That is the whole shape of it: you draft your own XI first, then find out what it was worth.
